Annual Meeting of the Membership – January 29, 2012 at 1:30pm
The Bylaws of Norskedalen Nature and Heritage Center, Inc. state in Article Three, Section 1:
An annual meeting of the Members of the Corporation shall be held on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon in January of each year at the principal office of the corporation as determined by the Board of Directors upon thirty (30) days public notice.

What: Norskedalen’s Annual Meeting of the Membership
When: Sunday, January 29, 2012, 1:30pm (Snow date: February 5th, 2012, 1:30pm)
Where: Norskedalen Nature & Heritage Center, 3 miles north of Coon Valley, WI on Cty Hwy PI (Address: N455 O. Ophus Rd, Coon Valley, WI 54623)
Norskedalen Nature & Heritage Center will hold its Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 29th, 2012, at 1:30pm. Members in the Friends of Norskedalen, as well as the general public, are invited and encouraged to attend. Members may submit their ballots on the day of the meeting for the election of the Board of Directors, or by mail prior to the meeting.
The meeting will include a recap of the previous year, Committee Reports, the Treasurer’s Report, and the election of the new and continuing members of the Board of Directors.
