Taste a delicious hot breakfast of organic pancakes, sausage, and fresh maple syrup

Explore Norskedalen with a horse drawn wagon ride or guided nature walk

Participate in demonstrations and presentations hosted by Norskedalen and the Driftless Folk School

Here are more details!

Organic Pancake Breakfast from 9AM to 1PM:

  • Cost is $9 for adults and $4.50 for kids 10 and under. 
  • Includes delicious Organic Valley sausage and butter, fresh maple syrup and choice of beverage.

Indoor Activities (Hosted by the Driftless Folk School):

  • Blacksmithing Demonstration by Robert Schulze

On the Grounds:

  • Visit the Sugar Shack and learn how maple sap is boiled down into maple syrup
  • Take hikes into the woods to collect maple sap
  • Enjoy a horse drawn wagon rides with Dan Pepper and his team
  • Hike along on a nature walk with Chuck Meyer
  • Bring your own outdoor winter fun such as sleds, snowshoes or skis.  Snowshoes also available for rent.
  • Get your homemade bake at home quiche - meat or vegetable
  • Purchase maple syrup granola for energy and enjoyment

Cost:  Admission is free for this day's event.  Breakfast is $9 adult, $4.50 per child (10 and under)
