Norskedalen hiking trails will open to the public at 9 a.m. on May 4, 2020!

In order for our grounds to be open, we have strict parameters in place as directed by the  La Crosse County Health Department to insure safety for all.

This means you MUST CALL AHEAD AND RESERVE YOUR TIME.

Beginning Monday, May 4, 2020, please call us at 608-452-3424 for reservations and additional directions.

Norskedalen (which means the Norwegian Valley), is a nature and heritage center dedicated to preserving, interpreting and sharing the natural environment and cultural heritage of the area surrounding Coon Valley in southwest Wisconsin. Norskedalen has so much to offer in so many different ways, exploring the natural beauty, regional history and traditional cultural heritage of the region.
