Jennifer Lee Marker Library

The Jennifer Lee Marker Library was established in 1982 through the support of George and Connie Marker in memory of their daughter. The library is located at Norskedalen inside of the Thrune Visitors’ Center and serves as a local and regional center for natural and ethnic history.

Inside the library are rare materials and resources that cover a wide range of topics. Topics include animals, plants, folk art, Norwegian customs, architecture, and more. The library is also a treasure trove of local and Norwegian genealogical resources to help construct and build family trees.

The materials in the library may only be used during business hours. If you think you might need assistance navigating the library, please contact us.
